Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Service Desk Technician to integrate our Client internal team, based in Porto. The Service Desk Technician main responsibility is taking calls on the Service Desk and resolving technical or IT training issues where possible.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Work tickets created via email when not on the phone.
  • Provides remote assistance to end-users.
  • Documents issues within enterprise ticket tracking system.
  • Identify priorities, organize tickets, and distribute unresolved issues to other IT staff accordingly.
  • Ability to work well in a changing environment.

 

You must have:

  • Experience with Systems Administration (Windows, Hyper-V, Vmware and Virtualbox).
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
  • Asset Management of the entire computer park.
  • Network Experience (Cisco Meraki, Firewall, VPN).
  • Knowledge of remote assistance tools (Teamviewer, Dameware).
  • English literacy (Mandatory).
