Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for a Service Desk based in PortoIs that you?

 

Key Techs:

  • At least 1 year of experience as helpdesk;
  • 12th grade level;
  • Good English level;
  • Experience of Microsoft Office O365
  • Experience of Windows Operating Systems;
  • Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange and File Share;
  • Driving License;
  • Available to travel all across the Northern Region of Portugal.

 

Awesome to have:

  • Knowledge of VPN, Firewall, Proxy and AntiSpam;
  • Knowledge of IM Clients;
  • Knowledge of Hardware and Peripherals;

 

Soft Skills:

  • TechThinker – people who want to re-imagine technology with us
