● Implement new technical solutions that improve the operations on Digital products
● Identify and implement opportunities for automation
● Implement various configurations on systems owned by Digital Success (sys admin)
● Train Digital Success team members on newly adopted technology
● Help upskilling colleagues in technical tasks already in scope
● Be the bridge between other 3rd line teams and Digital Success from a technical perspective
● Develop new solutions on any platform that eliminate friction in end user experience
● Investigate and solve complex issues arriving to Digital Success team
● Produce easy to follow documentation, using language normal humans can understand Qualifications
● 2+ years experience in Service Desk position on an international environment
● Strong technical background, both in software as in end user hardware
● Experience in Mac and/or Windows configurations
● Experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products
● Experience in conferencing technologies is a plus
● Experience in programing in a strong plus
● A degree in Computer Information Systems is a plus
