Your skillset:

  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems & Shell scripting programming;

  • (nice to have) Experience in Business customer handling;

  • Great verbal and written communication;

  • (nice to have) SMTP protocol and Postfix email server.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide high-quality support for our products;

  • Work with clients to resolve technical issues;

  • You'll escalate issues to other lines of support when necessary;

  • Develop Knowledge Base content.

Your profile:

  • Proactive, and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently;

  • Adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated;

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success;

  • Be autonomous. Don’t let your work derail;

  • Enthusiasm for IT specially cybersecurity.
