Location: Lisbon 

 

Portuguese leader in its’ lane of business, our client is an electronics retailer company who is looking for a Service Desk (m/f) that will be responsible for the support to store equipment and troubleshooting. Being able to suggest improvements to systems and platforms or tools.

 

We need your expertise in…

·        At least 4 years of experience in Service Desk Support and troubleshooting for mobile operating systems (Android and iOS) and POS.

·        Strong knowledge in wifi networks.

·        Knowledge in collaborative platforms (Jira, Confluence).

·        Ability to understand different systems, their functionalities and where they fit into an ecosystem.

·        Ability to manage communication and interaction with different stakeholders.

·        Availability to do on-call.

·        Have an academic background in IT or related areas.
