We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles;
- Know how to delegate and motivate;
- Great organizational, project management and time management skills;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of French (nice to have).

Main Responsabilities:
- Manage the relationship with the client;
- Act as a connection point for solutions and services;
- Manage the evolution of the application and its delivery;
- Identify potential problems and take action to avoid them;
- Producing specific dashboards.
