• Successfully mastering previous interim manager tasks

Profile

• Candidate with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience

• Expert experience with managed services

• Expert knowledge ITIL (V2/3)
• Advanced experience in leading international teams and supporting enterprise customers
• Basic knowledge of IT architectures, database/web technologies, SAP Basics and archive solutions
• Focus on: Building up a nearshore location for the company
• English - fluent
• German - nice to have
