Service Delivery Manager (M/F)
Mission:
- We are looking to reinforce our team, in the retail sector, with a service delivery manager.
Profile:
- Degree/Masters in Computer Science or similar areas;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a service manager;
- Background experience with Microsoft development tools and programming languages;
- Proficient with Confluence and JIRA tools is a plus;
- Experience in the Retail and/or e-commerce field is a plus;
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and willingness to provide exceptional customer service;
- Able to easily build relationships with the different players of the tech area, at different levels of the organization;
- Professional with good attention to detail, and the ability to assimilate, sort through, and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively;
- Experienced in working in large scale organizations on a multi-national level with a multicultural team is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- ITIL certifications are a plus;
- Proficient in English.
