Service Delivery Manager (M/F)

Mission:

  • We are looking to reinforce our team, in the retail sector, with a service delivery manager.


Profile:

  • Degree/Masters in Computer Science or similar areas;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a service manager;
  • Background experience with Microsoft development tools and programming languages;
  • Proficient with Confluence and JIRA tools is a plus;
  • Experience in the Retail and/or e-commerce field is a plus;
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and willingness to provide exceptional customer service;
  • Able to easily build relationships with the different players of the tech area, at different levels of the organization;
  • Professional with good attention to detail, and the ability to assimilate, sort through, and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively;
  • Experienced in working in large scale organizations on a multi-national level with a multicultural team is a plus;
  • Good communication skills;
  • ITIL certifications are a plus;
  • Proficient in English.
