Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:

• Master's degree or higher degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
• At least 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations;
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills. Able to present key points of an argument persuasively;
• Leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage Infrastructure solutions coupled with strong customer interaction skills;
• ITIL Foundations Certification or other IT Governance-related certification (ie CGEIT);
• Proficiency in ITSM tools, in order to run reports and interpret data for managing and improving supplier performance;
• A good understanding of identifying and monitoring commercial value of service costs as well as the ability to effectively work with Service Providers to ensure operations and compliance with agreed upon deliverables and service levels;
• Demonstrated ability to assess Business needs to creatively approach solutions and how to decide and influence appropriate courses of action;
• Proven planning and organization skills, creating own work schedules, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance and setting realistic timescales for self (and others if applicable).
