Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune;
•L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users);
•Feature development when necessary;
•Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity;
•App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup;
•Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets;
•Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics;
•Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured;
•Writing skills for documentation purposes.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Experience with MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune;
•Knowledge in Windows Devices management;
•Experience in Windows Information Protection (WIP);
•Experience in McAfee Cloud Proxy, F5 PerApp VPN.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•International Environment;
•Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology;
•English mandatory.
