Axians is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to transform the away citizens interact with the public institutions creating a single experience and customer satisfaction.

Required Competences:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Experience in User Research, namely in conducting ethnographic research, focus groups, card sorting, interviews with users, personas development and design of user journeys;
• Proven experience in aligning business and design strategy with functional requirements;
• Development of Information Architectures, Storyboards, Wireframes and Usability Tests.
• Tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, Figma, Adobe XD or other equivalents for drawing wireframes and prototypes;
• Accessibility and digital usability.
• Design of websites and mobile applications;
• Training in usability, ergonomics and digital accessibility or human-computer interaction

Preferred Competences:

• More than 4 years of experience working in all aspects of the UX process - from defining user needs, through concept development, project testing, to reviewing implemented projects to ensure a perfect implementation;
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
• In-depth understanding of lean UX practices and processes, including user-centric design and research;
• Excellent understanding of relevant standards and best practices for the design of modern, data-rich and responsive applications.
