Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring a Senior UX Researcher for a long term contract role in an outstanding company located in Faro, however this role is 100% remote. 

We are always looking for bright and driven people who have a penchant for technology and want to hone their skills.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ years experience working as a User Researcher;
- Experience of PIM (Product Information Management), would be advantageous but is not required;
- Portfolio demonstrating your experience (link or document with max 5MB);
- Ability to clearly express yourself both in person and on paper (or a dry erase board if that’s your thing);
- Experience doing research, and creating user personas is preferable;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team;
- Coaching skills are appreciated to guide less senior designers;
- Availability to travel on occasion;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
