We are looking for a Senior UX Manager come join us. The scope of work covers improving existing experiences of multiple web platforms for an international big corporation. You would be managing a team of 4 UX/UI Designers and working alongside the client, although remotely!

Requirements: 
- Experience (>6 years) in UX/UI Design, specially web;
- Experience managing a design team and/or UX Design projects;
- Has worked in projects following an agile methodology understands the purpose of cerimonies and what’s the roll design should play;
- Ability to understand, evaluate and improve through feedback UX flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes;
- Comfortable evaluating UI concepts and final screens;
- Able to think in terms of Design Systems;
- Very comfortable presenting and defending proposals with team members and work with different project teams, as well as the client;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
