Description

Dellent is a portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and telecommunication services, and we are hiring UX Design for a long term contract role in Coimbra. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and run on-site research activities to understand the customer and users business and needs;
- Design and test coherent Information Architecture;
- Create high fidelity mockups with real content following UI patterns;
- Iterating with end-users and development teams, testing with them for usefulness, usability and feasibility;
- Copywriting and Storytelling;
- Cooperate and coordinate with the work of other design&development teams.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years+ experience in complex software projects in an Agile;
- Proficiency in user and domain research, particularly in stakeholder and end-users;
- Proficiency in creating user stories, user flows, early design concepts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes;
- Understanding of interaction design principles and patterns, information architecture and visual design;
- Ability to plan and conduct user testing and to iterate the work based on user testing data;
- Proven expertise turning complex business challenges into simple and engaging (product) experiences;
- Design tools: sketch, zeplin, axure;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
