What is your mission:
You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the Senior TV Service Manager in Parque das Nações area.

Key responsibilities: 
• Lead the Operations team for medium to large and/or more complex accounts in a nearshore model, including Sourcing, Performance Evaluation and Development 
• Plan and monitor each service support phase of the operation 
• Plan and manage internal and external resources 
• Internal and external operational reporting, including SLA management 
• Act as a primary interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship 
• Identify customer pain points, risks and improvement opportunities, and engage all relevant internal stakeholders to propose solutions 
• Act as one of the key promoters of automation initiatives and processes across the different teams 
• Identify new business opportunities and support peers in the Demand, Architecture and Development teams in the sales process 

The talent that we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field;
• Background in Telecommunications, IT or similar area 
• Solid experience in a key role on IT Operations (5+ years of overall experience) 
• Understanding of the main concepts, processes and tools of Service Management 
• Experience and motivation to lead and manage small to medium teams 
• Motivation to work in a DevOps culture and ability to apply its practices and tools 
• Experience in liaising with different stakeholders, both technical and business 
• Good knowledge of Digital TV systems (preferential) 
• Previous experience with cloud platforms and services, e.g. AWS (preferential) 
• Excellent verbal/written English (mandatory).
