You will lead on the deployment of a local hiring strategy, having responsibility for end-to-end recruitment. This includes establishing quality sourcing strategies and tactics, implementing customised and relevant interview and screening tools, and making continuous improvements to the process resulting in better quality hires. You will also:
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Company in Portugal
- Manage a strategic and proactive sourcing plan to support specific hiring goals
- Provide relevant training to the staff in Portugal and the wider team to support in the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain a strategic partnership with Global TA and HR teams and wider Corporate Services teams
- Identify and develop marketing and recruitment initiatives in support of key business goals and strategies
- Establish and maintain relationship with key external stakeholders, including universities

requisitos/requirements
4+ years hands-on experience of corporate recruitment and selection in a standalone role. Experience within Banking, Legal or Technology recruitment is desirable
Fluent in English
Direct sourcing expertise using internet job boards, or other job seeker database systems
Passion for creating an exceptional candidate journey
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English
High level of integrity, judgment, accountability, and follow-through
Successfully able to manage multiple on-going projects
Knowledgeable with local and state employment laws
Proven ability to build relationships of trust with senior management, alongside the ability to influence stakeholders to create positive outcomes
