Principais responsabilidades

* Okta management and deep dive into our environment to produce a report on what is today and what needs to be improved.
* Okta project driven tasks detailing the work completed for future training.
* Responsible for updates to SAML integrations and automation rules within Okta Identity Management system to aid continuous improvement to our onboarding/offboarding processes
* Be a point of escalation for the second line support team, providing high-end technical support as appropriate
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation
* Training ConvaTec staff to provide them with the knowledge and skills to manage Okta
* Incident/Problem/Change assessment and resolution
* You'll have a flexible approach and be willing to provide cover for colleagues in other areas.

Perfil desejado

* Knowledge of Okta, both configurations, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and integration.
* Knowledge and experience of the O365 suite including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Autopilot using both the GUI and PowerShell
* Knowledge of Hybrid Exchange environment
* O365 administration of services including reporting
* Scripting experience including rule-based automation (Azure Automation or similar)
* Azure Active Directory
* Active Directory & GPOs
