Adoppler is a company founded in 2017 in Minsk, Belarus, as a product subsidiary of Geomotiv. Since 2018 – an independent business. Adoppler focuses on building and licensing disruptive advertising technology platforms for innovative companies around the world.
The company’s main product is the Trusted Marketplace technology, a holistic video monetization solution for any platform and device. Our full-stack solution has a complete view of the video, CTV, and OTT inventory. It helps clients to access and to manage direct, programmatic, and third-party partners using built-in tags or OpenRTB-compliant endpoints.
The Trusted Marketplace consists of several high-load web applications, developed using Java 8, Jetty / Netty, Druid, Kafka, Aerospike, PostgreSQL. The production environment is private cloud-based on Proxmox. Deployment is carried out by TeamCity / Jenkins. The client-side is based on Angular 8 / React, working as a SPA.
Adoppler operates distributed Dev Teams in Belarus and Ukraine with the Marketing and the Sales departments in Minsk, Belarus. Our company manages dev processes using Jira, Confluence, Slack, and regular video calls. We prefer to use Git Flow and peer code review in our work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

• Test product using optimal approach (manual/automated), assess its quality and release readiness;
• Requirements gathering/analysis;
• Test documentation & test data creation (test cases, checklists, test data);
• Working with bug-tracking system (Jira) with various metrics gathering / analysis;
• Constant seeking/applying of methods to improve the product/process quality & efficiency;
• Work closely with Product Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Minimal experience – 5 years (with QA Team leading experience);
• Deep knowledge of testing methodology & experience in test artifacts creation;
• Confident understanding of software development life-cycle & client-server architecture;
• Experience in automated testing: API (Postman, Rest Assured);
• Knowledge of any programming language (preferably Java);
• Attention to details, high level of self-organizing and liability;
• English – Intermediate;
• Knowledge of AdTech domain.

NICE TO HACE:

• Experience in performance/load testing.
