The Company:

 b_create is a technology startup that develops a collaborative platform to manage innovation and product development in the wine & beverage industry.

We already have a customer base that includes some of the biggest wine & beverage companies in Portugal. In order to follow our product growth strategy and expand to other international markets, we are increasing our engineering team.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to integrate our team in Porto (remote & on-site). This role offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership to the development team in designing, building, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deliver applications based on the Microsoft Stack (.Net Framework, .Net Core, SQL Server, Azure)
• Work with team to complete backlog commitments
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to other developers
• Help manage project milestones, progress and issues.
• Collect user feedback from internal teams and external clients to manage with feature prioritization
• Interpret business requirements to propose and articulate technical solutions
• Collaborate with product team to ensure all new features meet acceptance criteria, translating insights into clear user stories for implementations
• Provide architectural oversight
• Participate in research of emerging technologies and tools to accelerate development
• Component selection, integration mechanisms, interface types, standards, etc.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of development experience
• Extensive experience designing and developing scalable, resilient, distributed applications
• Strong understanding of software architectural patterns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English)
• Strong expertise in object-oriented, structured, and functional design
• A strong team member mentality, willingness to teach and help others.
• Possess both technology and business perspectives including strong analytical skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
