Description

Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for talented senior Service-NOW, that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

- Contribution to the collation and the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specifications documents, …);

- Integration developments (enhancements, bug fixes, etc…);

- Platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades; incident management with Service-Now & other internal teams);

- Documentation writing (dev procedures, user guides; admin guide, etc …);

- Support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints;

- Organisation of training sessions.

Profile:

- Minimum 3 years of experience;

- A proven strong experience in the implementation of a Service-Now solution;

- Service-NOW administration & development skills (JavaScript, Angular, …);

- ITIL V3 knowledge and implement;

- Powershell Scripting;

- Risk identification and follow-up;

- Coordination and motivation skills;

- Systematic, critical and logical thinking;

- Be committed, demanding and pedagogue;

- English language;

- French language(nice to have);

- Ability to travel outside of Portugal.
