Description

Winprovit is recruiting a Senior Scrum Master (m/f) for a internacional project on telecommunications sector that is being developed in our headquarters (Lisbon or Porto area).

Profile:
- Bachelors degree or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education;
- Minimum professional experience 7 years;
- 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Working experience in a related industry;
- Working experience as a Scrum Master, with coaching experience preferred;
- Working experience in one or more of the following Agile methods or frameworks: Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), or Kanban;
- Working experience with Agile scaling frameworks, including SAFe;
- Working experience with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, EazyBI, GIT, Bamboo);
- Mobile experience (nice to have);
- CSM certification preferred, CSPO certification, CSP certification , SAFe certification (plus);
- Proficiency in English.
