What we wish you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business and 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce technology;
• Presence in Salesforce communities and ability to hand on knowledge;
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and the ability to recommend best practices and identify areas where custom development is required;
• Experience building systems integrations (batch & real-time, leveraging a variety of technologies such as REST, SOAP, Web Services, etc.)
• Ability to understand complex business processes and organizational structure
• Knowledge of Service cloud and Knowledge and experience with Force.com, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning.
• Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Communities and Marketing Cloud experience
• Experiences in how to apply technical strategies and best practices on solution approaches
• Knowledge about technical salesforce implementation using Platform Event, Streaming API, Lightning Components.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies;
• Total proficiency in English;
