Summary:
The Senior Ruby Developer will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the company's main web application. This person will be reporting directly to the company’s headquarters in the US.

The company's main product is a SaaS tool that has been growing exponentially over the past couple of years. They're the biggest player in their market niche, which revolves around employee management systems for employers. Some of the largest tech companies in the world are their clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product and Engineering Management to help define the architectural roadmap
- Build and maintain the company's web application usign Ruby on Rails.
- Mentor other software engineers.
- Communicate clearly with PM’s and other stakeholders

Experience:
- Experience developing in Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with Sidekiq, Redis, RabbitMQ or similar technologies.
- Experience with relational database technologies.

Bonus:
- Experience with Vue.js or React.js
- Experience with Heroku, AWS or Azure.

Salary Range: 60.000€ - 85.000€
