Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Project Manager (m/f) for direct integration in a company that develops software for the financial sector, located in Porto.

- Manage projects according to defined methodology, scope and process (plan, control, assess, report, close).
- Define the project team organization.
- Identify and monitor risk factors in the Project and manage project risks.
- Coordinate the project team communication with the customers.
- Coach and develop team members.

requisitos/requirements
- Degree in IT or similar area.
- More than 3 years of experience in project management (mandatory requirement).
- Experience of software development lifecycle & business change projects (mandatory requirement).
- Good knowledge of English (advanced - mandatory requirement).
- Project management Certifications or similar will be valued.
- Planning, execution & delivery of high complex projects.
- Manage multiple projects according to best practice Project Management methodologies.
- Plan and coordinate national and international projects and ensure the financial and operational control.
- Experience with Project Management Software Tools.
- Ability to present & discuss a commercial proposal.
- Availability to manage projects.
