WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM YOU? 

• Leads a product from initial idea/concept towards product market fit and beyond if applicable;

• Is responsible for streamlining feasibility, viability & desirability;

• Monitoring and optimization of product-dependent metrics.

• Raise and monitor risks and issues

• Ownership of product development process:

• Assure that all the project goals are met keep track of deliverables and milestones according to the scope

• Product backlog management;

• Creation of release notes;

• Be responsible for the code level design, code organization, use of appropriate patterns and code quality for the successful implementation of a solution.

• Take ownership of code quality metrics and maintenance aspects and assist with the ongoing refinement of development and delivery methodologies.

• Be the referent for code good practice/quality and help to setup the CI/CD and refactoring.

• Ensure delivery product increments in time, quality and scope.

• Leads the customer acquisition efforts and defines/implements the go-to-market strategy;

• Builds and manages their team (in line with the matrix organization) in order to ensure product success quickly. Guide and mentor other team members;

• Interface to delivery team and partaking in agile ceremonies;

• Close collaboration with product team in refining the vision, creating the roadmap, sprint- and release planning. And identify the dependencies;

• Frequent interaction with the user to gather feedback and test hypotheses;

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of experience in building digital products;

• Proven track record of driving success of a digital product;

• Has built products from scratch either in an intrapreneurial role or in an early stage startup;

• Proficiency in English language mandatory;

• Customer-centricity, data-driven mindset and evangelist of agile paradigm;

• Leadership skills and ability to build and motivate teams;

• Structured approach and analytical mindset;

• Very good communication skills.
