Product and Technology

The Indie Campers Product and Technology team creates new features for our customers to go on amazing road trips in all of Europe by developing our website and booking platform. As part of the technology team in this rapidly growing business, you will develop products used by our users and participate actively in building a marketplace community. Lisbon

Our Lisbon office is located in the city center, known for its beautiful landscape, history and vibrant cultural scene. It is a place where our Product and Technology, Operations, Marketing and Customer Excellence teams meet informally, co-create together, have fun during lunch and enjoy our lovely barbecues at our terrace.

The Role

As a Product Manager at Indie Campers you will work alongside a talented group of engineers, designers and product managers to identify, prioritize and implement projects throughout the organisation. You will enable knowledge sharing and best practices on the product lifecycle to level up our technology and product area.

What you´ll do

• Lead a cross functional team to foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Anticipate business needs and be ultimately responsible to track product metrics.
• Help organize and operate a fast paced environment and contribute to the team’s growth. 
• Define and drive our product vision, alongside with the management team, to create strategies and metrics for the Product team.
• Use data and customer insights to make informed business as well as product decisions.
• Operating as a leader and mentor, by translating business needs into technical requirements, creating use-cases and defining priorities. 

Who you are

• 5+ years of product development work.
• 5+ years of work with agile methodologies (Scrum).
• You get stuff done! As shown by previous experiences as a product manager or team leader. 
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects and product’s success, by operating multiple teams’ needs with high quality results. 
• Fluent in English 
• E-commerce experience

This is a hybrid position in Lisbon, Portugal.
