The challenge:

We are building the world's Leader Supply Chain Management platform. We strive to develop our systems by observing the best practices of our craft; this means writing testable, performant, easy to maintain and constantly improving code, while enabling our company to iterate our product fast and stay ahead. These are the early days of our platform, and as a Senior Product Designer you will be responsible for creating, test and iterate on both visual and non-visual prototypes.

You will own visual prototyping, user research, and the UX. You will ensure our products and features are valuable for our clients, easy to use, and of the highest quality.

What this position is all about:

• Web Design and Platform Building - you take responsibility for skilfully designing and optimising our platform, so that our customers can use it with complete clarity and ease
• Cross-Functional Work and Design Development - you work closely with our research and tech team, incorporating findings on user behaviour and technical innovation into your work in a results-oriented way
• Online Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimisation - In addition to the platform, you develop adjacent digital products for online marketing and provide targeted overall support for their performance
• Creativity and User-Centred Design - You find artful ways to solve UX and design challenges and you can also let your imagination run free on other design projects
• Understanding, participating and contributing to the company goals, regardless of your role.

Job requirements

You will need:

• UX/UI and Digital Business Experience - You have proven successful professional experience as a UX/UI designer in user-oriented, digital company environments
• Tool and Method Application - You are familiar with UX and design software (including Sketch, Figma, InVIsion) as well as interaction design and information architecture
• User Research Knowledge and Best Practices - ideally you have a solid understanding of user-centred design (UCD), planning and designing user research, user testing, A/B tests and rapid prototyping and use pragmatic, iterative approaches to design development
• Creative Mind and Work Ethic - you are full of ideas which you implement in a targeted and cogent  manner in designs, and  are primarily results-driven and an absolute team player
• Language - your written and spoken English is fluent
• The ability to function autonomously to solve problems, and deliver according to our quality standards. Our geographic distribution requires people that can work well on their own.
• The ability to communicate well with your team, both interactively and asynchronously, and that of being a positive, constructive team member.
