Senior Producer (m/f)
Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in recruitment processes and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers.

Our client is a specialized Company in developer and publisher of games for PC and consoles that wants to recruit a Senior Producer (m/f) for Lisbon.

Main Functions:
- Manage day-to-day production, and cross-functional needs, while enforcing the overall vision for the direction and quality of the game/project;
- Drive the completion of project goals and facilitate communications, organization, process, and accountability across all departments;
- Identify and communicate roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals;
- Motivate and support the studio to ensure project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved;
- Help make informed decisions in conjunction with team leads on work methods, development pipeline, priorities, and available resources.

Profile Required:
- Degree in related field or equivalent experience;
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions;
- Experience in Gaming (Mandatory);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint;
- Knowledge with software tools such as JIRA;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Fluent in English (Mandatory).

Note: They are currently working remotely but the goal is to return to the offices even if it is on time.
