What skills do you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a PL/SQL Developer, with a proven track record of designing and developing complex applications.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL programming and database management.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with data validation and cleansing techniques.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with Oracle databases is preferred.
• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL code for complex data-driven applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and define project scopes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders, participating in meetings to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and present solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Perform data modeling and database design tasks as needed.
• Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for code, database schemas, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues and data-related problems.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to PL/SQL and data analytics.
