Position Summary:
We are looking for a senior consultant with complex Outsystems enterprise solutions experience to be recognized as a trusted advisor. The expected level of technology knowledge includes the ability to choose, identify and describe solutions benefits, including non-technical ones, for each customer reality. Additionally, should have relevant experience performing pre-sales activities and leading project management teams and projects.
Technical Skills
• IT or Engineering background;
• 10 years of IT or business solutions consulting services professional experience;
• 5 years of Outsystems solutions analysis, design and development (mandatory);
• > 5 years in Insurance business projects (mandatory);
• 2 years in team management activities;
• Microsoft experience will be a plus.
Soft Skills
• Consultative profile with good organizational and documentation skills;
• Resilient team worker;
• Customer focused;
• Availability to travel, when required by the project (not mandatory);
• Excellent Communication Skills –fluent in English and Portuguese. Any other language is a plus;
• Experience in leading customer meetings and other customer interactions (like presentations) at different hierarchical client levels;
