We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible for creating cooperation between local sites and global IT organization. Working closely with Service Desk Manager and Business Partner, this person is also responsible for delivering global standards; advising business areas on technology and how they can be an ally to reach the global goals and to oversee new systems design, development and implementation.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage IT 2nd line support and relationship between different sites in European region;
2. Working together with Business Partners to understand plants/clusters/divisional needs; Delivering agreed SLAs to the business;
3. Working as sites coordinator for IT operational issues that impact daily operations;
4. Develop and coach local teams;
5. Responsible for implementation of global process across the plants;
6. Responsible for license management on the local level; deliver IT budget to the related sites.

requisitos/requirements
- Experience (+5 years) in a similar position;
- Experience in managing remote teams;
- University Degree or equivalent;
- Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience;
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude;
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively;
- Understanding of infrastructure standards/technologies;
- Availability and willingness to travel (50%);
- Experienced in Business partnering role;
