Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Senior Helpdesk Technician to integrate our Client internal team, based in Linda-a-velha / Lisbon. 


Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of creating and managing AD, Exchange, GPO's;
- Advanced knowledge of IT from the user's perspective;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of databases;    
- Minimum of 3 years of consolidated experience in the area;
- Licence management (computers, printers, software)


You must have:
- Ability to analyse and critical sense and taste for challenges;
- Organisation and sense of responsibility;
- Guidance for process improvement;
- Team spirit;
- Good knowledge of English (compulsory);
