Principais responsabilidades

Manage day-to-day network operations, automate routine parts and follow-up on network events
Build and operate a reliable and secure global IT network (SD-WAN, LAN, WIFI, VPN)
Implement and manage automated monitoring systems
Establish, automate, monitor and support the cloud platform components
Implement and manage a platform environment for deployment and maintenance of highly available and scalable SaaS applications on a cloud platform
Provide expert advice for projects and new IT solutions
Monitor issues and resource consumption, and drive improvements

Perfil desejado

Degree in in computer science or equivalent through experience
Good understanding of virtual data center design and best practices for a multi-tenant, internet facing environment.
Strong sensitivity for Cloud Security, with an emphasis on infrastructure, network, virtualization, application deployment.
Experience in IT network services and technology.
Sound knowledge in the area of Cisco, HP, Rukus, network protocols and network management solutions.
Strong background in Linux (RHEL, CentOS, etc.) and Windows.
Experience with designing highly available and scalable AWS VPCs/ Azure VNETs using IaC (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM).
Experience with automation/configuration management using Puppet, Chef, Ansible or SaltStack.
Experience with continuous deployment using containers / Azure Kubernetes Service.
Scripting experience with Bash and either PowerShell, Python, or similar.
Experience with hands on deployment of applications to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or another leading cloud service provider.
Familiarity with logging/monitoring using tools (e.g. CloudWatch, DataDog, LogStash, Kibana).
Understanding of Cloud Management platforms (e.g. RightScale).
Certification in cloud technologies, networking or generalist is a plus.
Be a team player, comfortable with open communication in an agile cross-functional team.
Has a strong focus on business outcomes.
Excited about trying new solutions, hands-on mentality.
