We work essentially as a company of services with specialized technology advisers whom dedicate themselves to the design, conception and implementation of solutions, specialized services in integration of information systems, data management, unified communications, as well as, managing solutions for the business. We also dedicate ourselves to Managed Services, sourcing specialized technical resources to our customers, and maintenance of solutions at customers installations with standing up services and remote monitoring of information systems in a 24x7 system.

With a strong component of technical and commercial certification, we presented new solutions with technologies of the most important manufacturers of technologic solutions, designed essentially in OPEX models and “pay as you grow” which will mean significant saving, as well as, flexibilise our customers business. On the other hand the solutions will always have a component of reactive and pro-active support in remote or at customers installations which will give an additional security to their choices.

About this position

In this position, you will manage infrastructure in a team with operations and delivery responsabilities in a large and complex IT infrastructure environment, with problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base are essential.

Due to our complex environment and project pipeline the main taks are related to:

• Improve CI/CD tooling.
• Implement and improve monitoring and alerting.
• Build and maintain highly available systems.
• Implement the CI pipeline.
• Implement and maintain monitoring stacks.
• Help the team in identifying and implementing new technologies.
• Implement and own the CI.
• Manage CD tooling.
• Providing Level 2 technical support
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Perform root cause analysis for production outages
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Skills needed

• Networking concepts for Firewall, NAT, Port, Subnetting, VPC, VPNs, VRF;
• System administration concepts for Windows and Linux (RedHat distros);
• Scripting languages such as Bash, JavaScript, Perl, Python and Powershell.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related;
• Good English skills (both spoken and written);
• Jenkins: Server automation and developing CI/CD pipelines
• AWS, Azure, Oracle & Google: Cloud platform integration
• Git and GitHub – Source code management (Version Control System)
• Kubernetes – Container Orchestration tool
• Terraform – Infrastructure as code
• AWX– Task engine for Ansible
• Ansible – Configuration Management and Deployment
