Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Senior DBA SQL Server to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisbon.

You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server systems. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Required: 

•  Post graduate or High School Degree in TIC; 

•  Previous work experience in similar functions;   

•   MCSA: SQL Server Certification;

•  Knowledge concerning Hardware e Software;

•  Knowledge concerning Communication Networks;  

•  Knowledge concerning Microsoft Server (Active Directory);

•  Knowledge concerning Microsoft SQL Server;

•  Knowledge concerning Microsoft SQL Server HA / DR;

•  Knoledge concerning Symantec Backup Exec (Data protection);

•  Knowledge concerning HP DataProtector (Data Protection)

Responsabilities:

•  Management and handling of incidents and requests;

•  Install and set up data base systems;

•  Maintain and assure back up of data and systems;

•  Data testing;

•  Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes;

•  Implement and maintain tools ferramentas de monitorização de sistemas;

•  Create and maintain data bases;

•  Document the infrastructure and its dependencies.
