Qualifications

• MSc, or PhD in a relevant STEM course (Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics)

Professional experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a Data Scientist or Advanced Analyst
• Knowledge of Machine Learning models and how to implement them
• Practical experience with Data Science toolkits, such as R and Python
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & VBA
• Experience in consulting (as a plus)
• Experience in the retail industry (as a plus)

Responsibilities

Be a part of a Data Science Consulting team developing advanced analytics solutions for customers across different industries responsible for:

• Requirements mapping
• Data analysis
• Models’ development
• Problem-solving
• Results & Findings presentation
• Customer-facing

Technical skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, VBA)
• Practical experience with Data Science toolkits, such as R and Python
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational Databases
• Data acuity

Professional qualities

• Proficiency in English
• Ability to maintain calm conduct in challenging situations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-moving operational environment
• Enthusiastic and with a good attitude
