At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:

 

Sénior Data Engineer (m/f) - Linda -a-velha 

What we need:

- 5+ years of experience in a data engineering, ETL developer, or related role.

- MSc in Engineering or Science (Computer Engineering/Science is preferred);

- Experience with distributed data processing platforms such as Spark or Hadoop, or cloud based equivalents;

- Experience building and integrating ETL pipelines, Data Warehouses and/or Analytics tools;

- Experience with building data processing solutions using cloud based platforms - AWS is strongly preferred.

- Experience working with significant amounts of structured and unstructured data, both in batch and in streaming scenarios, is highly valued;

- Knowledge and experience with Python, Scala and software engineering/architecture best practices are highly valued.
