Innotech is currently recruiting a Data Engineer with the following profile:

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and continuously develop the data pipelines;
• Continuously monitor data pipeline performance and quality;
• Analyze and identify the right tools and frameworks to improve data architecture.

 Must Have:

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Engineering, ETL Developer or related role;
• Experience with distributed data processing platforms: Spark or Hadoop, or cloud-based equivalents.
• Experience building and integrating ETL pipelines, Data Warehouses and/or Analytics tools;

Nice to Have:

• BSc and/or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar;
• Experience with building data processing solutions using cloud-based platforms (such as AWS);
• Familiar to a significant amounts of structured and unstructured data, both in batch and in streaming scenarios;
• Knowledge of Python, Scala, and software engineering/architecture best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication;
• Good organization skills on daily tasks.
