Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who will help analysing support trends and performance.
• We will need to build models to assess efficiency and make data driven recommendations to improve the support experience.
• Experience in assessing support organizations based on metrics is a welcome plus.
• We need help with advanced data analysis tasks.
• You will be working with diverse data sources mainly SQL, SQL Server Analysis Services, Kusto, and various text files.

You will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to extract, integrate, and manipulate data across disparate sources of varying technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI, including data modelling, dashboard creation, and report generation.
• Experience with data cleansing and transformation using PowerQuery M, DAX and SQL, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and methods, such as confidence intervals and significance tests, and ability to apply them to real-world problems.
• Great communication skills and confidence to present and explain your findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience creating concise visualizations and presentations to distill and convey key insights and recommendations.
• Curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills to explore data and discover new opportunities for improvement.
