Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Manager in the IT sector
• Deep knowledge of the consultancy business and market in Portugal
• Ability to manage a Team, including other Business Managers
• Ability to identify and develop business opportunities
• Strong relational skills and ability to generate solid business relationships with potential customers
• People-oriented mentality
• Experience recruiting in the IT sector
• Fluent in English

Valued qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• French speaking is a plus
