We need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new and existing successful long-term client relationships. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record for achieving goals and maintaining a great customer experience. Good interaction with clients or potential clients is fundamental, so a very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the company ideas and benefits. We also expect you to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling and supporting the firm’s complete product and service offering to an assigned set of named accounts;
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales quota and profitability goal;
- Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers, in which identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and customer investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success;
- Proactively manages and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction;
- Identifiues New Business opportunities. Search for new potential clients and partnerships.
- Responsible for all aspects of business development.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge in the fields of Information Security and Cybersecurity;
- Previous professional experience in B2B sales;
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills that include the ability to clearly articulate thoughts, be persuasive and to deliver presentations to all levels of clients;
- Ability to work in teams;
- Multitasking and time-management skills to meet schedules and delivery timelines;
- Ability to undertake and complete tasks independently;
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in English.
