We are searching for a Senior Business Analyst to work in Lisbon.

Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

- Advanced technical skills in HRIS tools, with a track record of supporting successful HRIS projects (including Migration projects) is preferred

- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations to senior audiences.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
