You will
- Respond to tender invitations;
- Contribute to RFx response requirements and ensure proposal compliance;
- Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team;
- Manage tender submissions and supports sales process;
- Compile strategic recommendations for winning approaches, providing effective advice for improvement;
- Implement agreed solutions, engaging with multidisciplinary teams.
You have
- B.S in Management, Engineering, Law or related areas, with +5 years of work experience;
- Experience in leading and working with multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience in producing and delivering presentations for marketing, prequalification and tender purposes;
- Ability to work independently with complex and sensitive information;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Fluent in English (French is a plus);
Nice to have
- Experience in Project Management;
- Experience in technical sales, proposal management. pre-sales or writing proposals;
- Knowledge about Portuguese market (customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and business capabilities);
- Broad technical knowledge in IT and SW Engineering;
- Knowledge in Portuguese Public Sector procurement and contract vehicles.
- Conflict management skills;
- Proficient in negotiation skills;
