Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Requirements analysis, design and implementation of BI solutions (PowerBI, QlikView);
•Collection, organization and availability of data from different sources and formats through the development of BI, ETL and Data Warehouse solutions;
•Data and software configuration for SQL query development;
•Responsible for the design and creation of Operational Data Marts through Datawarehouse solutions respective definition of measures, metrics and dimensions;
•Responsible for the migration of indicators calculated according to the OLTP (On-line Transaction Processing) model to OLAP (On-line Analytical Processing);
•Responsible for creating advanced SQL queries for management support reports;
•Responsible for generating and maintaining report (Report Service);
•Analysis of different types of data, such as incidents, service requests, defects, problems, corrective maintenance and support requests, SLAs, batch and online process executions, and consumptions;
•Monitoring and management of ETL processes, jobs, dashboards and extractions.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Microsoft Reporting tools (Reporting Services –SSRS, SSIS);
•Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions (PowerBI);
•Solid knowledge in SQL and Microsoft tools, especially Excel in the programming area;
•Knowledge of ITL (preferably certification);
•Experience in the preparation of documentation to support decision making.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Experience in functional development;
•Good proficiency in English.
