We are looking for a BI consultant for a project based in Lisbon.

This position will be responsible for the conception, development and testing of new applications and evolution and maintenance of existing components.
 
He / she will have to build the components in accordance with the Project planning and the different project Managers. He will have to ensure the quality and robustness of the applications.
 
This position will be in charge for insuring the best quality of service on BI platform, by preventive and corrective actions.
 
Development:

• Design, build, test & maintain BI components (Microsoft SQL Server), with a context of high volume and high performance.
• Ensure the Quality of the reporting applications: performance and reliability
• Following the best practices put in place on the platform
• Autonomy in development, interactions with projects and maintenance managers (scope, planning, tests)

Rapport:

• Manage the relationship with business analysts, project managers and other developers.
• Ability to work autonomously

Documentation:

• Write and maintain the Reporting solution technical documentation

Best practices and continuous improvement proposals


Technical skills:

• Minimum of 5 years significant experience in consulting or development on Microsoft BI technologies.
• SQL Server
  • SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
  • SSAS (SQL Server Analytics Services)
    • tabular – DAX and MDX
  • SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
  • T-SQL (Transact-SQL)
• Power BI
• Skills and experiences on performance optimization on TSQL and SSAS
• Functional knowledge on reporting and data analysis.
