Randstad Professionals - Senior Backend Architect (m/f)

Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Senior Backend Architect (m/f), for direct integration, in a multinational company.

Currently, the company is working Full Remote.
After covid, they will have some remote work days each week.

Being responsible for the development of our backend architecture based on best practices;
Continuous improvement of the multi-tenant capability of our Workshop Cloud Services;
Shaping the technical roadmap;
Shared responsibility for technology decisions (from a cost and benefit perspective);
Writing technical specifications for individual services and cross-service requirements;
Monitoring and guidance of nearshore backend development teams during the implementation;
Code reviews and approval of the finished artifacts;
Execution of technical PO tasks;
Agile working based on tasks defined together with fellow Scrum team members;
Actively learn new tools and technologies as required for the project.

requisitos/requirements
Academic degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
3+ years of experience in backend architecture (and previous experience as a backend developer);
Extensive expertise in Microservice Architecture (Swagger, Spring Boot, Netflix OSS, Spring Cloud) and Java (OpenJDK11);
Experience implementing white label products (SaaS);
Understanding of frontend technologies especially Single Page Applications (Angular);
Familiar with build systems and the concepts behind them;
Familiar with automated unit, api, integration, and end-to-end tests;
Awareness of security requirements for web-based applications;
Dedication to high quality, on time delivery;
Familiar with continuous delivery approach;
Jira/Confluence for agile planning, coordination and documentation to be used as a matter of course;
Fluent in English (German is a plus);
Willingness to travel.
