Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Steer and coordinate security oriented solutions, document accordingly and handover to additional operational teams;
•Undertake project activities, including Security and Project Management Lead functions;
•Represent Security and distributed Server area in discussions with appropriate Global team(s) project managers, and the clients;
•Drive process improvement initiatives (e.g. Automation, documentation & transition to offshore teams) and focus on vulnerability remediation for server estate;
•Perform pro-active security and compliance management;
•Provide IT security related Infrastructure services support, and governance/steering guidelines to the Provisioning and Operations function (on & offshore);
•Ensure that agreed service levels are met.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Computer science education (University, Technical College etc.);
•Minimum of 3 years in Project Management roles;
•Previous experience in Windows Server Operating Systems/Linux Server Operating Systems;
•Experience working with Devops methodologies using, Jenkins and/or Puppet, and Git Enterprise Source Code Management is a plus;
•Understanding of Powershell / Bash scripting language is valued;
•Experience working with Qualys Reports and Dashboards;
•Process oriented thinking, structured approach and familiarity with the ITIL process of an international enterprise scale IT Service delivery organisation with offshore presence.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Fluent English (written and verbal);
•Clear and prioritized focus on IT Security demands, coordination, steering and Management of Security Champions to boost efficiency and vulnerability remediation;
•Communicative and team-minded personality with a high sense of responsibility and quality, and the ability to create plans and coordinate the delivery over multiple teams;
•High motivation and ability to work under pressure;
•Ability to communicate transparently, efficiently, clearly and concisely.
