Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Security Operations Manager to integrate our Cybersecurity internal team, based in Lisbon. As a Security Operations Manager, you will join a talented and experienced team, being responsible for aggregating all management / project information from the team leaders and report to the Business Unit Manager and be a coach for Team Leaders as well.

Your responsibilities include:

• Be the aggregator, responsible to hold the full Security Operations Team, interfacing with both the Area Team Leaders as well as the full team
• Be in direct support to the pre-sales team in order to support the business engagement process
• Participate as a consultant providing customer security specific strategic/technical advisory
• Elaborate aggregated reports and approve intermediate reports from Team Leaders
• Meet with customer counterparts in all steps of the process (engagement, delivery, milestones/status check, wrap-up, etc...)
• Conduct, aggregate and escalate crisis situations
• Sponsor the creation and enhancement of: internal tools/developments, new security-related information sources research, new trends analysis, documentation improvements, procedure improvements, etc...
• Conduct secure architecture design/implementations
• Secure end-to-end architecture design and deploy coordination

You must have:

• Robust Academic (level 5+) history (university track with degree aligned with IT, Computer Science, Security as well as other related fields)
• Academic history complemented with masters, pos-grad in (cyber)-security or equivalent will be an advantage
• CISSP, ISO27001, ITIL, GIAC-*, OSCP, CEH, CISA, CISM, ITIL as well as other security/management certifications/accreditations are not mandatory but are positioning advantages
• Extreme fluency in the English language, (both spoken/written)
• Fluency in the Spanish language (will be an advantage).
• Extensive knowledge covering at least 90% of the following areas:
  • Web application [development / security testing]
  • Full-stack concept
  • Security Controls
  • Security Monitoring
