Description

Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for a talented IT professional to work as SCRUM MASTER (m/w) that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Tasks:
- Organise the releases (Sprints) in line with the high-level roadmap managed by the Product Owner
- Organise and run team meetings to reach an efficient (self-)organisation
- Ensure a stable and satisfying delivery pace at all times
- Manage development resources to have the right person in front of each item to be delivered
- Set up team sprint retrospectives when necessary – the Scrum Master is also guaranteeing the quality of the deliveries
- Act like a coach/mentor for the team
- Act like a technical advisor 

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, RISK, IT or related field
- At least three years of experience with IT or data management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Appetite for coaching & mentoring
- Problem solving/conflict management & resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of at least one development language (e.g. Python, Java, R)
- An experience with Agile is a plus (ideally Scrum)
- Knowledge of JIRA and its plugins
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
