STEFANINI is hiring a Scrum master to join one of its main clients in Lisbon, operating within the telecom sector.

As a Scrum Master your key responsibilities will include:
● Developing Scrum Methodologies
● Coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality
● Enacting continuous improvement to increase the productivity of the team and
quality of deliverables
● Coaching the team in organizational environments in which scrum is not yet fully
adopted and understood
● Ensure team execution and delivery to committed sprint work

Experience and Qualifications:
● At least 2 years experience in a similar role as Scrum Master
● Certified Scrum Master or similar (optional but recommended)
● Experience working with software development teams
● Previous experience with projects for telecom clients is a nice-to-have
● Advanced english skills for writting and speaking
